Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and fitted with a 40" smart TV, but the channel selection was limited to mostly catering to an Arabic-speaking audience. While they seemed in need of renovation, they were still large and comfortable. The service was exceptional, with a very professional waiter serving our table. The location was convenient for exploring Doha, despite some discomfort due to nearby construction work. The dining experience offered a wide variety of tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel had outstanding rooms but the food was the worst I have ever had in a Movpiock hotel. It was very noisy due to construction surrounding the hotel, and there was an old telephone in the bathroom. The service was great, with attentive and friendly staff, especially Mr Mohamed Ihas of Seasons Restaurant. The dining experience was expensive and over 200 Riyals, but the breakfast was exceptional. The facilities were satisfying.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel which was cozy and spacious, complete with a very comfortable king bed. The old-style room was in great condition, providing a fresh smell and a great overall experience. However, it wasn't ideal for sunbathing and the leisure spots were a bit far away. The friendly service and proximity to important spots in Doha made up for it.
The hotel rooms were a good size, with very friendly and approachable staff. However, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell from previous guests, and TV channels were limited to Arabic-speaking audience. The service was excellent with helpful and kind staff. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and convenient for exploring. The dining experience was tasty with a good mix of continental and Indian food at an acceptable price.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were pretty comfortable and clean, with excellent housekeeping staff, especially Sontu. However, the room quality did not meet my expectations, especially considering the rate. The service was fantastic, with accommodating and helpful staff members like Phiona Nazziwa, Manassa, Purinima, and Hariprasad. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was excellent for exploring local attractions and visiting the souq, though the surroundings outside the hotel were not ideal for walking. The dining experience offered quite a variety with some standout dishes, but there were issues with food availability during certain times. Overall, a satisfactory experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers a mix of experiences. While the king-size rooms are in great condition and spacious with comfortable beds, the standard rooms are small, noisy, and dated. The pricing for both room types seems inconsistent considering the differences in quality.
The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it an ideal spot to explore Qatar. The rooms are well-equipped for disabled guests, but there seemed to be a minor issue with the room key or lock. The service provided by the desk manager, Mukul, was professional and warm, offering a seamless experience. The dining options are varied and offer plenty of choices. The location is good overall, near key places like the Corniche, airport, and industrial areas.
I was excited about the hotel's great location near the Cornich with restaurants and Starbucks close by. The rooms were a letdown due to the unpleasant smell and the ongoing construction nearby, all at a price matching the king size room rate. The service had its ups and downs, with friendly interactions but some misinformation. Despite these drawbacks, the dining experience stood out with the fantastic breakfast options available.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, well-equipped with a 40" smart TV but falls short of 4-star expectations. The service is fantastic, with incredibly friendly staff. The location is convenient, close to key attractions but affected by nearby construction. The dining options are substantial and reasonably priced. However, the sunbathing experience is limited due to a small pool, and some areas may have unpleasant odors.
